Triplex Wastewater Station - 2009

This wastewater liftstation serving both a landfill lagoon and stormwater sewer system was rehabilitated using (3) Stancor LX 20 HP submersible wastewater pumps.  The existing controls were also replaced with a new triplex control panel built to customer custom specification.  The UL labeled stainless steel control panel included remote monitoring capability, 12 hour battery backup for alarm circuitry, autodialer, motor monitors, and float circuitry.  The pumps run based on a four float system with built in timers to prevent any two pumps from starting simultaneously to prevent problems associated with high in-rush current.
